Earlier this morning I’ve got an email question from one of our regular readers; and the question was ‘How do you Watch TV Shows Online?’ I already answered the question to her personally, but it was an interesting question and so I decided to write about it.

So how do you watch TV shows online? There’s this free site called Hulu (www.hulu.com), where you can watch your favorite TV shows like Family Guy, CSI, and even Ugly Betty for free. It is pretty convenient to watch TV shows there, the site has really nice user interface, you can browse TV shows easily and who knows you might find something new and cool to watch.

However, there are some limitations. It’s only working in the United States for now, if you don’t live in the U.S you’d see something like this:

Another way to watch TV online is via Satellite TV. However certain software is required if you want to get Satellite TV running on your computer or laptop. One of the most notable software is called Satellite TV for PC which is about $30-$100 depending on the version of the software. What’s really cool about it is that you can watch Live TV Channels from various countries and not just in the United States. Meaning that you can even watch Disney Channel U.S. even if you’re in Asia, or you can watch Asian Disney Channel while in the U.S.
